Ingredients:

Pasta: type “0” soft wheat flour, egg.

Filling: mixed mushrooms 25% (pinarello boletus luteus, gelone pleroteus ostreatus, pholiota nameko, shiitake lentinus edodes, porcini boletus edulis and relative group, boleto baio boletus badius), ricotta, Padano cheese, salt, garlic, extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation:

Cook in a saucepan.

Cooking time: 4 minutes.
