The Ingredients

We select only the highest quality, zero-miles ingredients to create an authentic flavour. To be more specific, this is what really sets us apart: we use dozens and dozens of eggs (fresh eggs in their shell) every day, together with soft wheat flour or durum wheat semolina that are milled in the town’s flour mill to guarantee freshness and conservation and Padano cheese, purchased as whole rounds so we can personally monitor the quality and ageing. Another essential ingredient is the meat, which is selected and purchased directly from three local suppliers.

Pasta Vadese uses only raw materials and no derivatives: ricotta, lard, milk, olive oil, spinach, salt, pepper and nutmeg…all ingredients carefully selected by our staff over time for their yield in terms of quality and flavour of the end product created.

To guarantee the best possible quality and authentic flavour of our pasta, we do not use any preservatives or additives. Our product thus exudes all of the flavour of genuine, zero-miles ingredients.
