Ingredients:

Pasta: durum wheat semolina, egg.

Filling: cheese (milk, salt, lactic cultures, rennet), cooked ham (pork 49%, water, salt, starch, milk protein, edible gelatine, dextrose, E407 and E451 stabilizers, flavours, E301 antioxidant, E250 preservative), ricotta (whey from sheep’s and/or cow’s milk, milk, salt).

Preparation:

Cook in microwave oven or in a conventional oven at a max temperature of 180°C.

Cooking time: 30 minutes.
