Ingredients:
Pasta: durum wheat semolina, egg.
Filling: cooked ham (pork 49%, water, salt, starch, milk protein, edible gelatine, dextrose, E407 and E451 stabilizers, flavours, E301 antioxidant, E250 preservative), cheese (milk, salt, lactic cultures, rennet), ricotta (whey from sheep’s and/or cow’s milk, milk, salt), puréed tomatoes, water, beef and pork meat, peeled and/or chopped tomatoes, double concentrate tomato paste, milk, butter, Padano cheese, salt, type “0” soft wheat flour, celery, carrot, onion, lemon, nutmeg, pepper, extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation:
Cook in microwave oven or in a conventional oven at a max temperature of 180°C.
